You may be surprised to learn that these leather stitching needles are quite blunt!
This is because they are specially designed to slide smoothly through the holes that you have already made, using a stitch punch or awl.
They are perfect to use with a small sized stitching awl and threads of up to 0.8mm and are ideal for stitching all kinds of projects from purses to horse tack.
This is a full pack of 25 needles so however many you lose, drop or bend, you will still have some brand new ones ready and waiting!
If you are stitching a very heavy project and using a large size stitching awl, you may prefer to use the size 2 needles - the lower the number, the bigger the needle.
