Terms and Conditions
As leather is a natural product, variations in its surface and texture are to be expected and do not constitute a fault. Leather is naturally very strong, but will be weakened by exposure to high temperatures. Always dry wet leather naturally at room temperature, and then treat with a conditioning balm such as saddle soap.
Artisan Leather cannot be held responsible for the improper use or treatment of our products. Artisan Leather products are unsuitable for children under 3 years old, due to the small components which some items include.
Delivery: We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days. On the rare occasion that this is not possible, we will contact you immediately with a proposed despatch date. We use First Class postage for all UK orders. This usually takes 1-3 working days, but in line with Royal Mail guidance, please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your order. For orders being sent abroad, the customer is responsible for any delivery taxes which are applicable to the delivery destination.
Privacy: Customer information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and includes only the most basic information needed to complete your order. We never share your information with any other business or individual.
Returns: Should you wish to return an item, please notify Artisan Leather within 7 days of purchase. All items should be returned in original condition and be suitably packaged for safe transit. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting for your returned item. Unless an item is proved to be faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Once the returned item has been received in good condition, a full refund will be issued.
