This is a 200 metre reel of heavy waxed and braided polyester thread in 210D/16 weight, which is approximately 1mm thick.
Waxed & braided polyester is rot-proof and is extremely strong, so it's ideal for stitching items that take heavy use or will be out in all weathers.
Heavily waxed and very smooth, this thread is lovely to work with and is best stitched with No2 Saddlers Harness Needles.
