This ebony burnishing block is used in conjunction with Gum Tragacanth or Tokonole to smooth and polish the edges or reverse side of any vegetable tanned leathers.
Super smooth and highly polished, this ebony block is ideal for smoothing down the fibres on the edge or flesh side of your leather, to give an extra tidy finish to your projects.
Delivered in two parts, the and block have screw threads and are very easily joined together.
Measurements: The block is 60mm (2 1/4") wide and 30mm (1 1/8") deep. The handle is 40mm (1 1/2") in height.
