This is a kit of 4 x single D Ring lugs, complete with the tubular rivets needed to fit them. (Plus a spare rivet, just in case!)
To do the repair - Push the stem of the rivet into the hole from the back, place the hole of the D ring lug over the rivet and place the cap on top. Then rest the back of the rivet on a hard, flat surface such as a vice or metal anvil, and hit the cap on the front with a small hammer to clamp the pieces together.

The D ring measures just under 1cm at it's widest point (this is the internal measurement).
